Terms & Conditions
Version 1.1, Effective date: 4 July 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your registration with and participation in the TVC Intelligence Network operated by The VIP Connector (“TVC”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By submitting a registration, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms.
1. About the TVC Intelligence Network
The TVC Intelligence Network is a participant-driven initiative designed to support behavioural intelligence, AI testing, product feedback and research initiatives within the iGaming industry. Participation is by invitation following a manual review of your registration.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register
- You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information at the time of registration
- You must not register on behalf of another person without their explicit consent
- You must be eligible to participate in iGaming activities in your country of residence (where applicable to the project)
If any of the above conditions are not met, TVC reserves the right to decline or remove your registration.
3. Registration and Review Process
All registrations are reviewed manually by the TVC team. Submitting a registration does not constitute acceptance into the Intelligence Network or guarantee participation in any project. We reserve the right to accept or decline any registration without providing reasons.
Where a registration is accepted, you will be notified via the email address provided. Acceptance into the network does not guarantee future project invitations.
4. No Guarantee of Participation or Invitations
Acceptance into the TVC Intelligence Network does not guarantee that you will be invited to participate in any specific project, research initiative or AI testing activity. Project invitations are issued based on participant suitability, experience profile and project requirements, which may change over time.
TVC makes no representations or warranties regarding the frequency, value or availability of future participation opportunities.
5. Rewards and Recognition
Approved participants may receive project-based rewards or recognition where offered as part of a specific initiative. Any rewards are entirely at TVC’s discretion and are specific to individual projects. The existence of a rewards programme for one project does not create an entitlement to rewards in connection with any other project or activity.
Rewards, where offered, are not a form of employment, wages or a guarantee of income. TVC is not your employer and participation in the network does not create an employment, agency or contractor relationship.
6. Participation Expectations
When participating in any TVC initiative, you agree to:
- Engage honestly and provide feedback that genuinely reflects your experience and opinions
- Not misrepresent your background, experience or identity
- Treat all TVC representatives, operators and fellow participants with respect and professionalism
- Follow any specific instructions provided for a given project or research activity
- Not participate in any way that is fraudulent, misleading or harmful
Breach of these expectations may result in removal from the network without notice.
7. Confidentiality
Some projects may involve confidential information including, but not limited to, unreleased products, proprietary research methodologies or operator data. Where a specific project requires confidentiality, you will be notified prior to participation and may be required to acknowledge a separate confidentiality agreement.
You agree not to disclose any confidential information shared with you in connection with TVC projects to any third party without prior written consent from TVC.
8. Acceptable Behaviour
You agree not to:
- Use the TVC platform or network for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false, fraudulent or misleading information
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to TVC systems or data
- Harass, threaten or harm any TVC representative, operator or participant
- Use your position in the network to solicit other participants for commercial or personal gain
- Share your registration details or act as an intermediary for third parties
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the TVC website and communications, including text, design, logos and materials, is the property of The VIP Connector or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute or create derivative works from TVC content without prior written permission.
Where you contribute feedback, responses or insights as part of a TVC project, you grant TVC a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, analyse and incorporate that contribution into intelligence outputs, unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific project.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TVC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your participation in the network, your reliance on any information provided, or any interruption or unavailability of the platform.
TVC’s total liability to you for any claim arising in connection with these Terms shall not exceed any amount you have paid to TVC (where applicable). As participation in the network is free of charge, this liability cap is £100 or the equivalent in your local currency.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Termination
TVC reserves the right to suspend or remove your registration from the network at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or if we determine your continued participation is not in the interests of the network.
You may request removal from the network at any time by contacting us at tracyk@thevipconnector.com.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the version number and effective date at the top of this page. Continued participation in the network after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory applicable law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
Note: Participants located in jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection laws (including EU Member States, the UK and Israel) retain all rights afforded to them under those laws, which may supplement or take precedence over the above.
