Data Processing & Participant Rights

This page explains in plain terms how The VIP Connector processes your personal data and what rights you have as a data subject under GDPR, UK GDPR and the Israeli Privacy Protection Law.

If you have registered with the TVC Intelligence Network, we hold the following data:
Legal Bases for Processing
Your Rights
Right of Access
Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. We will provide this within 30 days, free of charge, in a readable format.
Right to Rectification
If any of your data is inaccurate or incomplete, you may ask us to correct it. We will update our records within 14 days.
Right to Erasure
You may request deletion of your personal data. We will comply within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations for consent records.
Right to Restriction
In certain circumstances, you may ask us to pause processing of your data while a request is being resolved.
Right to Portability
Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format (JSON or CSV). Applies to data processed on the basis of consent or contract.
Right to Object
Object to processing based on legitimate interests. We will stop processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds.
Withdraw Consent
Withdraw any previously given consent (including future contact consent) at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of past processing.
No Automated Decisions
We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you. All registrations are reviewed by a person.
How to Exercise Your Rights
Submit a request via our Privacy Requests page, or email us directly at tracyk@thevipconnector.com.
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and aim to complete it within 30 days. For complex or multiple requests, we may extend this by up to 60 days and will notify you if so. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.
Jurisdiction-Specific Rights
European Union (GDPR)
EU residents benefit from the full set of rights under GDPR Articles 15 to 22, including the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. A list of EEA supervisory authorities is available at edpb.europa.eu.
United Kingdom (UK GDPR)
UK residents have equivalent rights under UK GDPR. Complaints may be directed to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO): ico.org.uk.
Israel (Privacy Protection Law)
Israeli residents have rights under the Privacy Protection Law 5741-1981 and associated regulations. The Privacy Protection Authority (PPA) supervises compliance in Israel. You have the right to access your data, request corrections and object to certain processing.
